Jianhua Zhu, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors
Mr. Zhu has over 20 years of experience in China’s copper industry. Mr. Zhu founded Lihua Electron in 1999 and Lihua Copper in 2007. In addition to overall management of the Company, Mr. Zhu is responsible for corporate and product development and governmental regulations.

Yaying Wang, Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Board of Directors
Mrs. Wang has over 20 years of experience in China’s copper industry. Mrs. Wang has strong technical knowledge of copper and extensive industry relationships. In addition to her responsibilities as COO, Mrs. Wang is responsible for the Sales and Production Departments.

Daphne Huang, Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Huang has served as Lihua International’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since October 2011 and as Executive Vice President of Finance and Director of Investor Relations since October 2009. Prior to joining Lihua, Ms. Huang was an experienced Vice President at GE Capital’s Debt Capital Markets Group from April 2003 through February 2009. From 2000 to 2002, Ms. Huang was with Bank of America Securities. Ms. Huang has ten years of corporate finance and debt capital markets experience. Earlier in her career, Ms. Huang spent three years as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Huang earned an MBA in Finance and Management from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College, and holds an inactive CPA license in the State of New York. She is also fluent in Mandarin.

Roy Yu, Executive Vice President of Finance
Mr. Yu has served as Lihua International’s Executive Vice President of Finance since October 2011. Previously, Mr. Yu had served as Lihua International’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since May 2008. Prior to joining Lihua, Mr. Yu was the Executive Vice President of Finance at Fushi Copperweld, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSIN).  Earlier, Mr. Yu was the Chief Financial Officer of Songzai International Holding Group, Inc. (OTCBB: SGZH). Mr. Yu received a degree in Accounting and Finance from London Southbank University and is an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants qualified candidate.

Xingwei Fan, Vice President
Mr. Fan has served as the Vice President of Lihua Electron since January 2011. Mr. Fan has over 15 years working experience in the cable and wire metals industry in China. He had held executive management positions with a number of cable and wire manufacturers prior to joining our company. Prior to joining Lihua Electron, Mr. Fan was the Chief Operating Officer of Jiangsu JingCheng Electronics Ltd. since June of 2003. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Fan was the Vice President of Huihua Metal Products Ltd. Earlier in his career, Mr. Fan held technical manager and production manager positions with two companies in the cable and wire industry. Mr. Fan graduated from Changsha University of Science and Technology in 1993 with a major in Electrical Engineering.

Zhu Junying, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Ms. Zhu has served as the Vice President of Sales of Lihua Electron since its inception in 1999. During her tenure at Lihua, Ms. Zhu has focused on business development, strategic market planning, key account management, contract negotiation and loss prevention. Ms. Zhu graduated from Changzhou Accounting College with a degree in Marketing.

Yin Falong, Chief Engineer, Lihua Copper
Mr. Yin has served as the Production Manager of Lihua Copper since its inception. Mr. Yin has more than 15 years experience in copper casting and rolling production line management. Prior to joining Lihua, Mr. Yin served as the Executive Vice President of R&D and Production at Hongli Copper. Mr. Yin graduated from Shanghai Smelting Technology College.

Yu Niu, Chief Engineer, Lihua Electron
Mr. Yu has served as Production Manager of Lihua Electron since 2008. Mr. Yu has more than 15 years experience in the enameling wire industry. Prior to joining Lihua, Mr. Yu was the Production Manager at Wuxi Precision Wire Company. Throughout his career, Mr. Yu has focused on the development, design, and processes of enameling wire production.  Mr. Yu graduated from Nantong Industrial University with a degree in Engineering.
